A. Bicycle Sales and Availability

  • Product Descriptions: We have made every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the bicycles and components available on the Website as accurately as possible. We do not guarantee that the color, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or Product.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Assembly: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bikes are typically shipped partially disassembled for safe transit. The customer is responsible for the final assembly (which may include attaching the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, etc.) and tuning of the bike. We highly recommend assembly and inspection by a professional bicycle mechanic.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Lucifire Bikes are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

B. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Warranty Registration policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
