    Shipping Policy

    You confirm that the address provided for delivery of the product(s) ordered by you is accurate and complete in all respects. In the event of a non-delivery due to an error on your part (such as an incorrect name, address, or other incorrect information, or the unavailability of the recipient), any additional costs incurred by the Company for re-delivery shall be borne by you.

    The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses caused during transit due to mishandling by any third-party delivery service provider.

    If the Company is unable to deliver the ordered products for any reason, the amount received for such undelivered products will be refunded to you through the same online payment method used at the time of purchase, or credited to your account in the form of a deposit, within 90 (ninety) business days.

    While placing an order on the Website, you are required to enter a valid phone number and email ID. By registering your phone number with us, you consent to be contacted by the Company via phone calls and/or SMS for order, shipment, or delivery-related updates. The Company may also use your personal information to send promotional calls or SMS unless you expressly opt out.

    Our products will be delivered to customers within 1 to 7 working days.

    Product Description

    We have made every effort to display the products on the Website as accurately as possible and as per applicable law. However, we cannot guarantee that product description will accurately reflect the product on delivery. Packaging of the product may vary from that displayed on the website.

    Terms & Conditions for Cash on Delivery

    1. Cash on Delivery can be used as a payment method only for orders less than Rs. 20,000.
    2. You are requested to check the ordered items at delivery before making payment.
    3. COD is applicable only if you make a non-refundable booking payment. Balance is due on delivery.
    4. Only cash / card / online payments will be accepted on delivery.
    5. DD/cheque will not be accepted.
    6. Foreign currency is not accepted for COD.
    7. COD payment must be made using a single mode of payment.
    8. Company reserves the right to determine the COD limit. This includes:

      • Limits based on pin codes or states.
      • COD eligibility changes based on your order history.
      • Company may share data with 3rd parties to determine COD eligibility.
      • No refund for undelivered COD orders.
      • Full payment is required before opening the package.
      • Third-party payment gateways may be used for COD.
      • Delivery issues must be noted on the POD for any claim.
      • Cancellation may require a cancellation fee and valid reason.

    Assembly and Service

    We reserve the right to cancel your request for assembly or doorstep service and refund the amount paid (if any).

    Declarations
    1. You declare that all legal shipping details provided are accurate.
    2. The product is for personal use only and not for resale or profit.

    Payment

    1. The Company is not liable for losses due to:

      • Lack of authorization for any transaction
      • Exceeding limit set by your bank
      • Payment issues from your bank
      • Decline of transactions for any reason
    2. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees only.
    Risk of Loss

    Risk of loss and title passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

    Pricing / Typographical Error

    If any pricing or product information errors are found, the Company reserves the right to correct or cancel the order. Refunds (if any) will be made within 90 business days.
