Refund and Returns Policy

At Lucifire Bikes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below carefully.

1. Overview
We do not offer full refunds or exchanges on all products.
You may be eligible for a replacement if the item is unused, in the same condition as received, in original packaging, and you provide proof of purchase.
Do not send products back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to our address.

2. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be given if the item is not in original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or if the item is returned after 30 days of delivery.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your card provider or bank.

5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable unless defective or damaged.

6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

7. Return Shipping
Send returns to the address above.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from refunds.
For expensive items, use trackable shipping or insurance. We do not guarantee receipt without tracking.
