We aim to deliver your orders within the following timelines:
•Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
•Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available for select locations)
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, product availability, or external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location:
•Standard Shipping: ₹50 – ₹150 (depending on location and package weight)
•Express Shipping: ₹200 flat fee (available for select locations)
•Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹1,000
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Order Processing
Once your order is placed:
•You will receive an email confirmation with order details.
•Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
•Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email or SMS through our courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable:
•The shipment may be returned to us.
•We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
